Suspension noises Nissan Frontier 2009

How friends, I have a Nissan Frontier 2009 4x4, for a long time I have the following problem:

after driving the truck for a while (especially if I enter the dirt roads) a noise begins to be heard like "old bed", I took it to the mechanic, changed the gums of the fork and the noise was removed for a while, but now it is heard worse.
