Very little you can help you without the coding of the engine that your car has, just because of the model I can realize that it is 2nd generation, but the A3 has seven motorizations, all with different time setting, these are:
1.2 TFSI
1.4 TFSI
1.6
1.6 FSI
2.0 FSI
2.0 TFSI (two versions)
3.2
