My Stratus goes out and accelerates

Good night comrades, I have a problem with my Dodge Stratus 2.0L 2002. It starts but walking and sometimes accelerates alone and as it is pulling. Well that was what my wife told me, the truth right now for work issues I am out, but I would like to know that you can recommend checking me before taking it to the mechanic since I am electronic and I can probably review something.
