Mi Nisan Sunny 1980 does not maintain the minimum published by Manual-Mecanica

Mi Nissan Sunny 1980 has 12500 km tours. Every day it starts at the first round of the engine and if you leave it in neutral, the engine remains the minimum, but after about 5 minutes when stopping and putting the engine in neutral, the engine goes out. It does not remain minimal (IDLE).
Should I adjust any screw on the carburetor ???
