Strong Vibration to Avanza (Outlander 2009)

Today I was circulating on the street in heavy traffic without any problem, when I suddenly felt a vibration throughout the vehicle to advance, but when stopping and not moving this, it stopped, when I try to accelerate this advance with sudden movements and I disable the accelerator.

Then in what the crane expected, I checked the vehicle if I had the good tires or bounced some fluid but nothing, I did tests and the car could turn it on, change to "D" without any problem but when you release the brake and advance it began to vibrate again.

They have told me that it is probably the sequential box that fails and another reading I read that it could be a fault in the arrow.

I would appreciate your comments to know what the problem could be
