Motor change from my frontier, from ZD30 to DT27

Good colleagues, _my theme is as follows, I have a 4x4 frontier with ZD30 engine, and I have had any number of problems with that engine, to the point that I wanted to set fire to the car. However, I like the car very much, so I have thought about changing the engine for a DT27, which is much more reliable.
The doubts are as follows,
1. The original gearbox will fit with the new DT27 engine?
2. What is so much power to lose?
