and has the failure of the RPM that rise and lower ... I change the step by step (IAC) Clean butterfly sensor (TPS)
It remains the same, someone explains to me how to reset the computer (ECU).

Reset the ECU, I will not give you a magical solution. Your unstable idling problem can come on some sides that you will not solve reset it.
The step by step, must be disconnected and started the engine trying to keep a slowdown as stable as possible from the pedal. turn off and re -connect the step by step. The ECU records the State and corrects, regulating the idle again.
Do this the sometimes necessary until a correct slowdown.
