Help me !!!! Seat Inca Motor Front Support

Friends of the forum, the front engine mount on my 2000 Seat Inca 1.9sd broke. I was wondering if anyone has the tools to replace this part? Or could someone explain how to replace it? Specifically, the piece broke at the end that connects to the upper bolt, and I don't know how to remove that bolt to take out the broken part and install the new one.
