Hyundai Accent 98

Hi everyone, I have a problem with my car. When I turn on the air conditioning, it loses a lot of power, and when I try to accelerate, it feels like it's choking. When going uphill, it only goes up in first gear, but only with the air conditioning on. If it's off, the car works normally.
Please, can someone help me with this problem?
