D-Max 3.0L Diesel instrument board

I have a problem with the D-Max 3.0L Motor 4JH1 year 2012, which had a 45,000 km route and suddenly did the numbers of the odometer and rose to 140,000 km, currently the odometer records the route but from this reading (140,000) and the upper area of ​​the Nuemro is blurred.
What can I do to solve this problem?
