Starting problems with my Ford Eurascort

Good Messrs. I have a Ford Euorescort 1.4 of 98 and has problems with the game in cold, I must squeeze the accelerator every time it turns on. Also at the time of leaving begins to vibrate the full car for at least 10 minutes, until the engine heats. I don't know anything about cars I am 39 years old and this is my first car I bought it as a second and I love it. Please if someone can help me.
