It's a 2000 Jeep Cherokee with a 4.0L, 6-cylinder engine that won't start. The camshaft and phase sensors have been checked and are in good condition; the signals are correct. When I turned the ignition on, I noticed that fuse 26 doesn't have +12V, which should be coming from the automatic shut-off relay. This relay, like the fuel injection relay, receives +8V at its ignition coil, which is why they aren't activating. Also, the instrument cluster gauges aren't working. When I connect the scanner, it doesn't connect to the ECU. The gauges worked briefly after I replaced the crankshaft position sensor, and I was able to run a diagnostic, but now they don't.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
