Renault Clio Board Failure

Dear All.

Renault Clio 1.6 2005. Presents the following fault:
Board markers (motor temperature, rpm, speed, fuel level and lights do not work or do so intermittently. When the engine is maintained over 2000rpm it works again. It also feels that the engine fails, as for some coil.
It is reviewed:
The alternator, new battery, fuses, the connections look good, perform a test to the board and turn good. Pass scanner and everything ok. Investigating I know that the fuse that feeds the board is the same for Stop light. And this less work, only the 3 brake light.
