Hello good!

Well the first thing look if you have cream in the oil if you are going to have the average touch touched or some obstructed water steps, you would also recommend using high percentage refrigerant liquid since it takes a long time to heat up is a more expensive pokito but it is worth it. I hope I helped you greet

As fellow gtro_damian tells you, you can have problems with the Board of the Cyt, look to see if it consumes water or as it tells you, mix water and oil. Then apart from this, to see if you are going to have a failure in the relay that activates the electro, that the engine of the electro and its connections are well (looking also wiring) is not going to be some of this. You should also indicate that it is "uploading the temperature" (because there are people who pass from half, alarm), if it is diesel, if you carry any exhaust perforation that prevents the emptying of the silent ... (internal countercurrent) etc ... greetings !!!

It seems that the electro does not supply to cool for what you say that it does not stop (we discard the bulb this evil, you say it is new), that the temperature rises more than half is not to alarm, think that it does not always circulate in the same conditions (with traffic or if it makes more heat in your area in this epoca). You will have to make sure that the radiator is clean both inside and out, that the water pump works well and circulates the water, that the degree of opening of the thermostat is correct. I can't think of anything else, if you say it doesn't consume water and the cylinder head is fine. Greetings!!
