Name of this part of ELANTRA 2011 (corrected) published by Manual-Mecanica

Foreos friends, you can do me the favor of telling me what the part that stands out in the engine image is called, I need to buy it but I don't know what is called, the engine is from an Elantra 2011 GLS, American version, if you also know a page where I can buy it a lot that best, if not with the name I look for it.

Hello, that seems to be a butterfly actuator (for the variable admission of the collector), it is also known as capsule, empty pulmon that will be commanded by the electrovalve that is seen below, where the empty tubes come from. I suppose that an axis of butterflies is responsible for channeling the air through a traveling collector (or shorter or longer ..)
