P2103 Toyota Corolla Code

Dear All.
Toyota Corolla 1.6 2009. The car stops accelerating, the scanner gives code P2103 Throttle Actuator Motor Control Circuit Hight (high motor signal of the butterfly actuator control), previously what hize was cleaning. After connecting everything, I open contact x 15seg, close contact x 15seg and repeat 3 vces. After walking more than 500km without problems, the fault presented again. There someone told me that if you connected the battery with the wheels not in a straight line, the fault could be presented. I don't know how true this is. There is some way to reset the electronic accelerator or actuator as in other models.
