Flooding / Jerking Published by manual-mechanics
Hello, good day. Could you please help me with this problem?
My car is a
1996 Nissan Sentra with a GA16DE engine and automatic transmission.
The issue is that when accelerating, it jerks or hesitates, making it feel like it's stalling (or braking). The spark plugs have been replaced, the MAF sensor has been cleaned, and it has a new temperature sensor. Please help!

Manual-mechanical response on the topic of flooding/jerking
Hello everyone, floresgarcia, the symptom of the car is this: when you accelerate in neutral, it cuts off the injection at approximately 2500 rpm, if so it is the MAF.

Also, be careful with aftermarket MAF sensors in that car, because from experience
I can tell you that in most cases they don't work well or don't last long. Regards.

Manual-mechanical response on the topic of flooding/jerking
The Check Engine light is on. I had it scanned, but unfortunately, it didn't show any codes. Any ideas?
Thanks for your help.
