Hello, because if the thermostat is new, it must open when it is hot, and pass through the radiator (the two hot sleeves), if it does not cool the water (I suppose you have already looked that the radiator is not clogged), I have nothing left but to think about the viscous fan clutch, or problem in the plane or joint joint.
