Honda City tightening lights and torsions

Good afternoon. I'm rebuilding the engine of a 2010 Honda City I-VTEC and I can't find the mechanic's manual. If anyone has it, could you please share it with me? Or, failing that, could you help me with the valve clearances (16 valves and a single camshaft) and tightening torques (cylinder head, main bearing, and connecting rod bearing)? I would greatly appreciate your help. Regards...
