Honda City tightening lights and torsions

Good afternoon. I am assembling the engine of a Honda City I-VTEC year 2010 and I can't get the mechanic manual. If anyone has it, they could happen to me? Or failing to help me with the valve lights (16 valves and a single camshaft) and tightening torsions (cylinder cover, bench cover and vote lid). I deeply appreciate your help. Greetings...
