Differential / Semije Renault Master published by Manual-Mecanica
Greetings:
I have a client, with a 2011 Renault Master Model, Box PK6, which has a problem that cannot be solved, and it has me quite baffled. The entire differential area was repaired, changing all the pieces (a specialist in boxes repaired), and from that moment, the vehicle has broken 3 semi -axes on the left side, with a duration period of 2 months each. What is broken, are the stretch marks that enter the differential, and when taking out the broken half, gives the feeling that it would have been working dry, without cash lubricating oil. The box, of course, has 1 quality oil to the proper level. What can be failing? Of course, thank you very much for your comments!

Manual-Mecanica Response on the differential topic / semi-hexy Renault Master
That vehicle I think wears a crib under the engine that must be removed to get the box. After re -assembling, the direction is aligned?
The fact that the striacted of the stick is eaten is because the stick does not completely enter the box.

And also comment that the professionals make failures, in a renault box of the megane2 when the differential was broken, he made a dent in the housing and the differential had play by taking out the palieres every 2 by 3.

Hello, the only thing that occurs to me is that it can be as Igryo says, that the stick for whatever does not enter the differential.
Or that the one that rectified the box replaced the planetary gear of the differential where that plaal is put and the striatum is different from the stick you have.
All the best

Hello everyone, it seems to me that they can have a lot of play between the teeth, or that some retention washer is missing in the planetary axis, I would verify that the interior of the striatum was his in diameter, and that he has no breaks, mount the transmission and everything and check it by hand turning the wheel to see if there are hard points, in addition to the grease ..

Manual-Mecanica Response on the differential topic / semi-hexy Renault Master
I have several r master, so that the secret is working is: never to put semi -tricks, that the triceta is original Renault and that the planetarium does not have acanalado.

Eye: The semi -do you do not work do not work, do not look for the return, it is the fart !!, the trash are 3/4cm shorter, so the homocinetic joint is broken and you run out of traction. On the other hand, the triceta they bring are so trout that the insurance comes out and the roaring hairs go to the box.

If they send to repair the semi -hearing, they clarify that under any view of the homocinetic ...
