The engine makes a lot of noise, both in idle and more revolutions. Injectors have been proven, they are fine.
It sounds like it can be?! It looks a lot.

When it is a noise problem, it would be good to record the noise as clean as they can and send it so it would be easier, because if you paint it as I have a noise in the engine they can be a very large amount of things, taquies, rod pistons, bearings, current jumping etc.

I do not know if you have the DCI Renault, if so, a colleague fucks Casquillo connecting rod (very common in these) followed and broke block with the connecting rod ... I would disassemble carter and see slack cranks so as not to burst ..
