C3 does not start published by Manual-Mecanica
Hello everyone I have a problem in the workshop and see if you help me and solve it.

The car is a C3 of 2004 Motor 1.4 HDI.
It worked when I enter the workshop. I changed the distribution strap <-The draft and proven several times and correct, I had the injectors with the joints badly and torted compression outside.

New Board of Colata, New Distribution Kit and Caps of the New Injectors.

The Purgo case with the diesel knob and I see air through the transparent sleeve, injector injector purge into its nozzle. Average motor amount to start and does not start.

My questions is comon-ray, it is necessary that this exact draft?

The injectors if an air status may have been taken and not open?

I make me give me the knob to purge the diesel and see air through the sleeve.

This afternoon I will change some diesel tubes in case there was any broken and if I have time to take out any injector to see if it spray well.

Check the following?
Purge the injectors, disconnecting the electric peg to see if fuel pressure arrives and eliminate the air from the circuit.
Check the draft of the distribution and at the same time check the crankshaft sensor (if not well it will not start) that goes on the piñon of the distribution. Very important to said sensor is connected and that the champa to the Ke looks at this in perfect condition, and it has not been touched or rubbed by hand, put an ancestor looks like a mere sheet .... it is very sensitive.

This engine to start needs .... fuel pressure and spin signal of the crankshaft, so the sensor.

If nothing is, try to disassemble the EGR, and with the connected plug but the disassembled valve pulls it, if you see it does not start, disconnect the EGR, and throw again.

And spoken with Citroen and I told me that this type of injector at the time you take it can be stuck, due to lack of diesel.

I am recommended to clean them with ultrasound and solved.

For what I told me it is common failure and have a tendency to be stuck.

I will comment when I clean them.
