Doubts with my cam posted by Manual-Mecanica
Good night!! How are you? My incognita is that I mount a 280 -degree cam to my engine, it is a 2.8 Cologne V6 of a Ford Sierra, at the beginning of the installation I run run and I burn the valves, when disarming and re -checking I find that I was not in point and that is why I spend about the cameras, I put back in point which I check it 500 times before assembling. When I turned a little, but I started a long time I had to adjust the distribution until you find the best acceleration but when turning it off and turning it again, I am advanced if you delay it, it does not lift it, it is widered and does not walk. I have a 350 cmf motorcraft carburetor mounted on it and it was a bit giletened but when I start the engine I amchanted to me and after 3000 rpm it is that it feels that it starts to walk It gives me an opinion where I have the problem I would appreciate it.
