Building or turbo failure ???

My passat started to throw white smoke and to throw oil through the escape but I thought it was the cylinder head, I have doubts if it is from the turbo because I already had a crack. Throw a cableee

Good compa, if the turbo is cooled by water and lubricated with oil may be rebuilt and thus have water and oil in the exhaust pipe. Heat the engine? If you start it, don't you have the same force? If you rip it with the uncovered radiator, it spits the water with force? Mix water with oil? give us some more details than what happens.
