Peugeot 307 HDI 2.0 does not start

I had run out of batteries but with the tweezers and my father -in -law at the first start the engine, I circulated home about 20 minutes but I was marking errors in the panel, such as error in the braking system, without airbag system, a long, etc. .. In addition the indicators of the revolutions and speed went sometimes alone until 0.
When I arrived I feared that if I turned off the car would not turn on.
I tried to light it with the tweezers and my sister's car but nothing, I kept giving me mistakes in the panel when I turned the key but did not start, the man the crane who calls could not start it either. I had to call it because only the pilot's door was closed with the key and the trunk that was blocked, the rest were open.
They took him to a friend's workshop, changed the batteries, etc. But nothing.
What is still due to the switchboard or something similar?
