The injectors on that Vito model are a bit of a gamble. I wouldn't worry about them, because even if they're fine, they could fail in three months.

Check the mileage on the engine and look for wear and tear on knobs, pedals, and switches that might indicate the mileage is accurate.
You can go to a Mercedes dealership and have them run a diagnostic scan; the internal memory doesn't lie.
Look for corrosion on the underside of the chassis and make sure the engine isn't leaking oil or fluids.
In Spain, if you try to buy a used car, they all have 75,000 kilometers, no matter how old they are, lol.
