You will have to disassemble the upholstery from the door and see if the rail is broken or chueco, if it is loose or deregulated, or the glass is taken off from RL Riel Base, but you have to take out to look.

Thank you. Remove the upholstery and I saw that the problem was a bolt that had fallen from the rail .. with that it was resolved. thank you. SLDS
