cylinder does not work

Hi, here's the mystery: I have a 2001 Ford Ranger V6 (its fuel injection system is like a spider, with a body and six legs). I have 200 psi of compression in all cylinders, all six injectors are working, I have spark in all cylinders, I've changed the spark plugs and spark plug wires multiple times, and even the distributor cap.
