Manual-Mecanica response on the oil oil theme is heated and neutral

We change the water pump and it remains the same, thanks in any way every time I am more convinced that it is the cylinder head but does not give clear symptoms such as water to the oil or that the oil to the water or something but nothing. Good luck and thanks.
