Vollager Crysler Start

Hello, a Crysler Diesel with the crane arrived at my workshop.
The van gives the key and does the same as if it didn't have a battery. The owner was driving on the highway when he was described. The battery was put last month and with a new battery it does not start either.

The starter engine that clicks and followed is dry as if the engine is blocked, but I think it is a current lack of current.

Any idea ???

This afternoon I will look at the masses and take out the direct positive of the starter engine to see if it is the contact key that is wrong.
