I tell you the vehicles manufactured for some countries (England) use + by the chassis and others (Europe) - by the chassis. Another thing is that you have the battery with -For the chassis and in some component or cable you are crossed by fault.

If it is Averia, follow the cable other than the chassis and check with polyimetter at several points to get the fault.
