Hyundai Excel 93 does not start

The Excel when they throw too much black smoke, the most common is that the air flow sensor fails you can disconnect it to see if there is any improvement. If there is none of the 2 then verifies the battery and ignition voltages to the computer and the reference voltage in the TPS (5V)

You already checked the Poles Earth of the Motor and the body. Because the one who does not give you pilots is not an impediment for you to start and you are missing all Voltage feeds you have to start by checking the main fuse box.
