Problem em bmw 325i e 36

Hello, and changed the clutch hose for a rigid one, it is purged and the marches do not enter me whole, it does not let me change from the dead man to any march and if I start it seems an automatic because it moves and I cannot change, it can be that the hose is of less flow? or what can be, the bombines are new
