ALFA 156 JTD 2.4 Does not start

Hello people. I am working on an Alfa 2.4 JTD Camón Rail, which does not start, if I pushed it starts in the act and while it works well, this fault does it in cold or hot. Starter engine has already been repaired Rotation sensor and face sensor, distribution control, ECU, injectors, rail pressure in starting is 310 bar, cylinder compression pressure is 30 bar all the same. In ECU it does not store any error.

It controls that the starter is not generating parasite current and blocks the rpm sensor signal since what you say is sure
is the starter engine because if you make it and start there it is the problem.
