Burned components. Published by manual-mecanica
Hello everyone
. I'm writing to see if there's a solution to a problem that's driving me crazy. My FPDM and RAP burned out, and I can't find replacements. What vehicle could I adapt these parts from?
Or what else could I do?

My car is a 1998 Ford Escort 2.0L.

Thank you very much for your help.

Manual-mechanics response on the topic of burnt components
I'm not sure what you mean by those terms; I think you're referring to the fuse box, which often breaks internally due to a factory defect, rendering the vehicle unusable. This control unit can be repaired by someone with electronics knowledge, as the problem is usually caused by the solder joints on the printed circuit board coming undone.

Manual-mechanics response on the topic of burnt components
Thank you very much for your response. What I mean, and what I've been researching, is that the first component is the fuel pump controller, and the second is the alarm and security controller. My specific question is whether anyone knows of another vehicle from which these components can be adapted, since I asked Ford representatives in my country and they told me they are discontinued.
What can be done?

Thanks.
