Hello everyone.
I've tried unsuccessfully to remove the handle to raise the rear window. I can't figure out how to remove it without damaging it.
I need to remove the door panel to get rid of a dent in the door.
I'm sure there's an easy way, but I can't find it.
Help!!!
Thanks,
Joseph.:(

The handles have a lock that's U-shaped; it's a cotter pin. You have to remove it to take off the handle. Pull the handle out a little and you'll be able to see it if you get close. Use a flathead screwdriver to remove it, and that's it.

Hi mate, yes, I know it's usually like that, but I can't see the clip on this handle.
I've pushed the door frame away from the door as far as I could with a screwdriver without breaking anything, but I can't see a clip or anything else holding it in place.
I've also pushed the seal between the handle and the door frame away as much as possible, but I still can't see any retaining device (clip) or anything.
Any other ideas?
Thanks.

See if you can't disassemble the body to check for a screw in the center. If there isn't one, then it's definitely held in place with a clip. You might not see it, but it has to be there. The same thing happened to me with a Corsa.

Thanks kikemec,
I'll take another look and see if I can figure it out.
Another solution would be to go to a junkyard and wreck one there to see what the problem is. Cheers
