CIRRUS 2002 TURBO is turned off by Manual-Mecanica

I hope you can help me. Cirrus 2002 Turbo goes out when stopping, I put it neutral and I turn it out without problems. Also sometimes, when lighting it, the velocimeter and tachometer needles go crazy. Both problems has made them 5 times in a period of 3 months
