If it is yes, you must first check what is related to the forwarding, union and rod points.
If everything is fine, you have to disassemble the change, disassemble it. You will have the problem in one of the forks that will be grabbed.

Some in Renault 11, 9 and Express, the fact is that for some reason 2 marches at the same time one of them and always in common in all cases the march behind, I think I remember only the 5th entered, this was solved, it was solved by taking out the housing of the 5th and from there with an adequate hook manually driving the axes of the forks until leaving it in the dead man; I don't know if this is your case but I hope it is helpful
