Help for time and head change

good morning.
I request your help with your experience and the information you have to oppose the diagrams to put on time or synchronize an A4 2.0 LT Jetta, 2001. Since I have a new engine head and the time band today I want to make the change at once, I would appreciate your help very much. And the head torque if they know it please.
