Reduced performance in Volvo S60. Published by manual-mecanica

Hi, I'm an automotive technician. A Volvo S60 came into my shop displaying a "reduced performance" message. The car is losing power and won't accelerate, but it won't stall. The scanner says it's the throttle body. Will it need to be replaced?
