First of all, check the hydraulic pump oil level, then the pump itself, and finally the terminal and axial components of the steering. If everything is okay, align the vehicle, and if it doesn't improve, it's the rack and pinion.

Good, very good recommendations. I'd like to add that it could be a bolt in the rack and pinion, allowing oil to pass to the other side of the cylinder and preventing it from returning to its original position.

Alternatively, the control valve seals might be leaking.
