Strange Noise Odyssey Published by manual-mecanica

Hi everyone, yesterday after leaving class I heard a strange noise in my car. The weirdest thing is that it was off and sounded like a fan, but I checked and it wasn't that. When I turned it on, the noise was louder, and when I turned it off, the noise continued. What could it be?

Note: if I disconnect the battery, the noise stops.

off put noise, that if it is rare Czech that is operated what element is working, is it like a relay in cut something like that?
