Wingle failure 3. 0 km of travel

The symptoms are: the engine starts but won't idle, and if it does, it idles at 530 or 545 rpm, it doesn't accelerate, it bogs down on inclines, and the engine stalls and tends to shut off. The fuel pump has been checked and is in excellent condition, as have the coils, spark plugs, spark plug wires, IAC, MAP, CKP, and KS sensors, but the problem persists. The truck is brand new. Please help.
