rear fog light does not work

I have a 2006 Peugeot Partner 1.6 HDI with engine code 9HX whose fog lights aren't working. We've checked all the wiring from the fog light to the trailer plug. It's gray, then turns blue, and then goes back up to the fog light area where, at another connector, it turns brown. The wire code for this wire is 201G. My question is, does the wire change color again, where does it run, and is there a fuse hidden somewhere along that route? The few wiring diagrams I have show that wire 201G comes from the left fog light, then joins wire 201D (which isn't on the right side), and they go to the fuse box at wire 201, but there's no fuse labeled there.
Please help.
