Try cleaning the idle air control valve. If you can, take a picture so I can see which valve is better! If that doesn't work, I'll continue helping you once I know exactly which valve you have! Cheers!

I hope my opinion helps you. I had the same problem with my car, and they just cleaned the throttle body, the MAF sensor, the IAC valve, and the TPS (throttle position sensor), and they replaced the PCV valve, and the problem was solved
