Try to clean the idle engine, if you can take a picture to see that engine is better! If that does not work when I know that engine you have to help you! greetings !

I hope and it helped you my opinion, I had the same problem in my car and Nadamas cleaned the MAF acceleration body, the IAC valve and the TPS sensor (butterfly positioning sensor) and change the PCV valve and solved the problem
