Those engines that you mention are the same, 1.9 TDI are eactly the same, to pass the ITV, you add your new engine so that the motor number coincides with that of the vehicle stand, you can put a newer one if you can, if you can put the computer and the cable branch as well as the contact sheet and the key of the same, of the same engine because yours will no longer serve anything.
