Could you answer me if the Check Engine light turns on or stays like this when you only put the key in position on without even starting?

By contacting the light Check Engine lights, then when giving ignition, it goes out, but when giving any scheduled failure I think I should see through the witness Chkengine. But it does not, it could be some ECM failure. It is involved with what Huancasip says, since when the oil pressure witness does not turn on. The ampoule is good and the cable correctly connected to the sensor. Hahaha I can't ask the mechanic, since I am myself:lol: , and with respect to the point, synchronization all correctly. My question or curiosity goes alone on the side that this signal does not turn on when I should.

Thank you all for your contributions.
