Mercedes Sprinter Chips Information (Security)

I am about to buy a Mercedes Sprinter 310 engine (mounted on English vehicles).

They tell me that there is no problem to mount that engine in my Mercedes Sprinter 312 Spanish.
I would like to know if the 310 engine is compatible with my 312 .. The 2 are turbo. And TB, if the components are compatible, although that I suppose if you are worth.

The situation of the English sprinter310 is:
- It has no papers, they were using it for a few years as a home in a land, and the keys have been lost. Because of this, the safety chips to start the engine are blocked, and the mechanic (which disassembles the engine) tells me that it does not know how to start that engine because of the problem of the chips ... the mechanic says it has 3 chips: one in the key (bombin?), And another 2 in the diesel pump. Could someone tell me if it is possible to start it, and how?

All these questions are because I would like to start the engine, before dismantling it, to check its correct operation ..
