Good morning, a 2007 Ford Expedition Automatic Transmission makes speed changes between 4,000 and 4.5000 rpm, is this normal? or what could be happening? Thank you very much for the help.

Possibly your problem is in the governor should be glued or locked if you already did the maintenance of transmission if it does not verify your oil filter for some reason missing oil flow
