Manual-mechanics' response on the topic Re: Where was the Nissan Station Sunny manufactured
It could be due to several factors.
One factor could be that water seeps into the gasoline at the pump, and when you put it in the vehicle, it settles at the bottom of the tank and eventually gets into the carburetor.
Another reason could be water leaking from the tank itself; it's unlikely, but not impossible.

Regarding the manual, I'll try to find one and upload it.

Manual-mechanics' response on the topic Re: Where was the Nissan Station Sunny manufactured
Friends:
I have a car just like that one, and it happens to me that when I'm driving, it suddenly sputters and sometimes the engine stalls. This engine was recently rebuilt; it has new spark plugs, points, and condenser. I noticed that the fuel sometimes doesn't reach the carburetor consistently because air bubbles sometimes get through the fuel filter, and that's when it sputters. Does anyone know what I should do? Could it be the fuel line coming from the tank that's bad, or the tank itself?
If you know how to fix my problem, I would be very grateful, as it's very unpleasant to drive this vehicle.

Consult Guillermo Felipe, who seems to be a guru when it comes to Nissan Sunnys. His answer will be helpful to many of us. Regards.

Manual-mechanics' response on the topic Re: Where was the Nissan Station Sunny manufactured
I'm not familiar with the internals of this Nissan's fuel tank, but if it doesn't have a baffle and the fuel level is low, it's very likely that when the engine stops, the fuel creates waves, and the fuel pickup tube might be sucking in air.
Another possibility is a break in the fuel lines, causing them to draw in air.

Good luck

Thanks, everyone.
I recently bought the car and I've noticed that sometimes when I walk past it, there's a smell of gasoline. So it's most likely that the fuel line is damaged, so I'm going to check it and I'll let you know what happens.
Thanks for your replies.
